Morning – Ho Chi Minh City Highlights

07:30 – 08:00: Pick up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City (District 1) and begin exploring the city's most iconic landmarks.

Visit the historic Independence Palace, a symbol of Vietnam's reunification and an important site in the country's modern history. Continue to admire the beautiful French colonial architecture of the Notre Dame Cathedral (outside visit) and the Central Post Office, one of the city's most recognizable landmarks.

Next, visit the War Remnants Museum, where exhibits provide valuable insights into Vietnam's past and its journey toward peace.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to the afternoon excursion.

Afternoon – Cu Chi Tunnels Exploration

Depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, located approximately 70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City (around 1.5 hours by road).

Upon arrival, watch a short introductory documentary to gain a deeper understanding of the tunnel network and its significance during the Vietnam War. Explore sections of the remarkable underground system, including living quarters, kitchens, weapon workshops, field hospitals, and command centers.

Experience the ingenuity of the tunnel defenses by viewing trapdoors and other wartime structures. Sample traditional cassava and tea, which were staple foods for tunnel inhabitants during the war.

For those interested, an optional shooting range experience is available at an additional cost.
